I didn't think bad maintenance would be such a problem. They take weeks to fix something if they do fix it, but usually they leave a note explaining why they aren't going to fix it. We have a serious gas leak and multiple appliances that don't work in our apartment!!! We always have multiple things broken, and maintenance takes about 2-3 weeks to respond on average, and they don't usually fix things. Basically, if something is not completely broken, they won't fix it. For instance, our ten-year-old dishwasher runs, but the dishes come out filthy, and they have no food or anything on them going in. Maintenance refuses to fix this problem. We have to handwash all our dishes. That is just one of many problems. These people don't care if you are happy, they don't care if the stuff in your apartment works (which you are paying for), and they don't care if you have major safety violations either. Don't move in here. Don't live here. You'll regret it. By the way, my apartment is only ten years old and I pay $1000 a month in rent for a two bedroom. It's not a bad place, but tons of stuff in my apartment doesn't work. DON'T LIVE HERE!!! Tell your friends.
