I found that the management here was rude, unhelpful and/or not well informed. Maintenance was very slow to respond to calls. I was supposed to have my counters refinished and called no less than 5 times to schedule it, and never got a return call. Upon move out I was charged for things that I had reported as problems upon move in. Many of the staff didn't know how to read or understand the bills. I transfered to a larger apartment and got absolutely no perks for staying with them as opposed to moving someplace else. I wish that I had left sooner.
