I've lived here for a little over two years now. The Manager Edna and other office staff has always been really nice and willing to work with you the one time had had trouble paying rent because I had lost my job. Maitnence is not great, but anytime something is broken it does get fixed. No bug infestations, and the few times I have had noisy neighbors Edna took care of it in a timely manner.. This apartment complex may not be a Five Star place, but for the price and what it is, its a good decent place to live.
