We have lived on Paxton On Rural (formally known as La Quinta Apartments) since April 07 and can't wait to get the hell out of here, The property is dark and hardly has lighting, We got 1 assigned parking spot for 2 cars and most of the time we have to fight off other people who constantly keep parking in our spot and the office won't do anything about it just shrug their shoulder and sit on their a$$es all day. The maintance staff is rude and incompetent had a leak on our roof on July 20th called and told them about it said they be in next day nothing was done, called again the 22nd said they let them know nothing again, 23rd called office again mind you it was Moonsoon season so no need to rush it, finally after 5th called w/ spoke to the Maintance guy who flat out lied and said the roofing company found nothing, then said oh wait they went to the wrong apartment. Our roof was finally fixed on July 26th and each one of those days it poored in the valley. The office staff in stupid and bitchy there is a black chick who always gives you attitude and looks like if you ask her a question she will slap the sh*t out of you. Our last 2 neighbors both love to turn up their stereo systems late afternoon and into the early morning hours and since there is no emergency phone for the office and even if you call and complain they do nothing about it we have had to put the Tempe police on speed dial to come and shut them the f*ck up!!! Basically it would be a great apartment complex, the prices aren't bad and utilities are included but all the headaches aren't worth the price for this place, Trust me we will be moving in April of 08 as soon as lease is up..
