Previous reviews are correct except the water is not working much more frequently than once a month. The landscaping consists of newly installed gargage cans and plastic bags that are supposed to be used to clean up dog crap but arent. Maintenance and management are the worst. Place is noisy. Stray cats run around the complex in bunches and managment refuses to do anything about them saying that 'Tempe wont come and get them why should we?' Laundry facilities are terrible and dont even come equipped with cnage machines
