Other than being able to walk to school there is not one thing i like about the quads. We put in multiple requests to fix our dishwasher, but every time maitanence said that it worked fine. We have to hand wash our dishes. They allow soliciters so every day there is a new piece of trash on your door, or someone knocking at night to try to get you to buy magazines. At least once a month they will turn off your water without warning, sometimes with warning but mostely without, so you wake up to take a shower before school and nothing comes out. The walls are paper thin so even if you like to party there will be many times you can hear parties on tuesday nights two buildings away. If you like to meet new people the apt. is not set up in a way that it makes that easy. The parking spaces are too small, if you can't find covered which is all the time, i have had my car keyed and dented because of the small spaces. Landscaping is ugly, but they continue to say they are fixing it at 7 in the morning every wednesday. I have never felt welcomed by the staff if we have a problem they act like it's the biggest pain in their ass to fix and communication is poor. Every part of my apt. is at least 10 years old. A dump, i moved here because i thought it would be a step up from the dorms, but a party environment with more freedom. It turned out to be the biggest pain in the butt.
