Yeah at times we've had some loud music going on till 3 in the morning, but we reported it and our neighbors were sent a note and it never happened again. The only bad thing was you could hear almost anyones conversation from the third floor through the windows. Other than that, I lived in the south end of the apartment and it was pretty clean there and the people were nice.
