Getting close to moving out of this crappy place. I try to be as nuetral as possible while writing reviews so I will just provide statments of the occurances that happened here. 1. You will be lucky to make it through one month without the apartment shutting off hot water (should have left the second month when the hot and cold water was turned off for a full 3 days) 2. Sleeping here can be quite difficult anytime of the week. (People through parties nightly and all I hear all the time is "oooohhh" every 15-30 minutes. 3. No assigned parking and small lots. (Don't expect to park with enough to get out of the drivers seat here. The only size of cars that these coverd parking spots can accomedate are compacts. I had to crawl out the passenger side several times to get out) 4. This place is extremely expensive. (This was not the case when we moved in but the cost of rent went from $775 per month to in the $900's, and this is not a big, or any way updated from the 80's) 5. Leaving brings more complications. (I am on my last two weeks at my appartment and my roomate and I are excited to get out of here. But they tell me that I have not paid my appication fee before I moved into the apartment. Sure, it makes sense that you would process my application, give me an apartment, and then give me the bill for the application 11 months later. Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't an application fee supposed to be used for the processing of appications before the apartment key is handed over?) Good luck on picking an apartement, but this one is certainly not the best choice for your time or money.
