This place is great if you a kid just getting out for the first time in life and your parents are fronting the money. Just about everyone that lives here is a college student. The area on the property is quiet during the day but once the bars close, this place is loud. When you look out your window to see what all the commotion is all about youll see an endless mass of drunks wandering around yelling at one another not caring that people are trying to sleep. Theres only one rent-O-cop on patrol around here from 9-6 and he is so old and fat that it takes him 15-20 mins to respond to any activity.
The complex has new owners and is under a major renovation which means they want you to pay even more to live in such a small apartment. A 2x2 apartment is only 848 sq feet which used to run in the mid eight hundred range. Now, they put in bran new cheap countertops and stick on fake wooden floor and they want 200 more. They replaced their old dilapitated appliances and want more $$$ for the upgrades when the fridge and stove should have been replaced years ago. They want well over a thousand dollars for their fully upgraded apartments when we only have broke college kids and loser empty pocket grade students living here. Hey, what a great idea guys. Lets not forget that they have started a project to paint all of the buidlings a puke yellow color, kind of like a stale mustard swirl. Wow, i wish i was able to make it to Woodstock b/c those must have been some really good drugs they smoked back then.
If your a kid looking to get drunk and smoke weed all the time and dont care about your GPA or scholarship, go right ahead and waste away here. If your a parent of one of these kids, be careful. All kids do this kind of stuff but they will be greatly influenced by their neighbors(peers) behavior. So many neighbors move away because they either dropped out of ASU or failed out, take your pic. Well, its not like the Village is any better. Good luck!!
