ok where to begin. The hot water stories in the other ratings are all true. Just this morning I had no hot water and when you call the front office they tell you that they are letting everyone use an apartment to shower and if I want to come down and get the key come on down but other than that we have no answer on why you have no hot water...let me tell you there is nothing I like better than to go to work or school smelling like someones dirty buthole.
Next its loud but its right accross the street from campus any place in this type of location will be loud.
its to expensive I rented here because i moved overnight to arizona and this was the third place I looked at and need a place asap. I paid the fee for the apartment to be cleaned or whatever it is for 200 bucks. My carpet looks like the carpet from the frat house I lived in 5 years ago that was home to 30 potheads 40 drunks and 40 dirty bastards. The carpet looked almost new when I moved in but yeah it was wet from a fresh shampooing and when it dried frat house city. The apartments are small but I knew this when I moved in.

here is my biggest problem with this place.
its ran by college kids who dont give a fuck about your apartment issues., I tried to pay my rent in the office with my debit card one day and they couldnt even figure out how to processess the payment. BUT you can bet your ass I was charged a late fee of 10 bucks for being one day late on rent cause they couldnt processess it.
LANDLORD ENTRY WITHOUT NOTICE So they entered my apartment without giving any notice. I had money missing when I got home around 48 dollars. There was some mary jane sitting out on the counter along with a note from the MGMT stating that I should hide my weed better there was also a note from the Business Manager Lesils Kellett Who knows who this bitch is but I had a late fee of 7 bucks I've always paid my rent within one day of it being due but its 10 bucks if your one day late. so on this late fee notice Leslie has informed me that if it is not paid by the next day she will have me evicted for breaking the law. I responded with a copy of the Landlord tennat act of arizona where it states its illegal to enter withhout notice that the landlord is obligated to make sure there is hot water and that with all the fucked up shit around here I want my rental agreement broken so I can move the fuck out
this place is what it is a high dollar dorm
with a bunch of fucking kids living off mommy and daddy when I move out IM THROWING THE BIGGEST FUCKING PARTY ALL QUADRANGLERS ARE INVITED. I PLAN ON BREAKING SEVERAL LAWS USING LOTS OF DRUGS THEN BURNING THIS BITCH TO THE GROUND
