To address some prior reviews:
-ants/roaches: Didn't See - Have not seen a single one, no problem here
-No hot water: Confirmed - The shower gets hot water, but the sink in the kitchen won't run hot! The Bathroom sink will get hot water if it runs for a VERY long time.
-Noise: Confirmed - the noise is HORRIBLE. Even on the very rare occasions that my neigbors try to keep it down I can hear them. This place must be build out of match sitcks and paper. Why do these retards listen to club music at home? The same song over and over and over...
-Securety - Confirmed Joke. They talk about this place being gated. The foot gates are not locked and anyone can walk in. The side gates stay open all night every night, not that it matters because along the side of the complex the wall is about knee high. Unless you are in a wheel chair it won't keep you out.
-Management sucks - Confrmed. They are retarded (they can't even get it together to close all the gates at night) They either forget to pass on requests to get things fixed or the fix it guy just disregards the requests when he feels like it. Any time you ask them about anything it is always JUST ABOUT to be fixed - just a few days away - only it never ends up getting fixed.
SUMMARY: There is a reason that they did not convert these places into condos and cash in on the real estate boom - because they are built out of paper and match sticks. You can hear the tv going (even if the volume is at a reasonable level) next door. When some retard thinks it is cool to listen to club music at high volume at 4 am you will hear it, you will wake up, and you will regret moving here.
