This place sucks!!! It looks all fancy but... they just spent tons of money installing a whole new gate system around the entire property, only problem is, the side gates are almost NEVER locked! And I think the reason is that nobody wants to unlock them, because if they ever do get locked, they stay like that all day. Even though there is a keypad at the front entrance, all anyone has to do is pull up real close ANYTIME, same as with the gate that says "exit only", just pull up real close and you can enter. Meanwhile... after spending so much money on a system that the staff can't seem to work properly... there is a creep that goes into the laundry room and steels women's underwear! it happened to me and 2 other girls that I know, THATS JUST THE ONES THAT I KNOW!!! Is the office staff aware of this? Oh yes, when I called to inform them of this invasion of privacy, they simply said they are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Well how about the broken window to the laundry room that just anyone can walk through... are you responsible for that? The laundry room hasn't been able to properly lock since last may. A video camera (even a fake one) would be a better protection of our privacy, and much cheaper than all those stupid gates, but the quads are only concerned about appearance, not reality. Maintenance is incompetent, and the office staff just smile and say they can't do anything about it. They don't give a shit about your comfort or your safety, just the appearance of their superficial resort lifestyle - its anything but. Just stay away... stay far far away.
