I lived here for two years and the only thing I liked about it was the price. However, that has also changed. The management is awful. They made accounting errors on a consistent basis. If you live here, I would double check your account with them on a monthly basis and question any charges you did not expect. Also, my mailbox and about 5-10 other mailboxes were broken into twice due to a broken lock to the mailroom door. Management's idea of fixing the problem was to remove the lock completely. Real safe, don't you think, especially with the rise in identity theft. When I voiced my concerns to management, their reply was "we don't know what else we can do." This was also their reply when our roof leaked over the weekend and maintenance was not available and when our A/C went out during the summer. When I moved out, we cleaned the whole place and did a walk-through. We should have gotten all of our deposit back minus only the final water bill. They ended up charging me extra pet rent and tax, which was already included in my last month's rent. When I asked management why they charged me pet rent again, noting that I already paid for it in my last month's rent, management had no clue. Before I handed in my keys, I tried to verify how much my deposit would be returned and I was told not to worry because they don't 'nickel and dime' people. Well, based on my experience, yes they do.
