This is a great attempt at providing a modern lifestyle however the design is lacking professional review conveying that the project was engineered for profit and rushed into construction. Therefore leaving multiple issues to include safety, comfort as well as convinces out of the equation. Also the use of poor quality and generic materials led to a lack of energy efficiency providing a less than par quality of life for anyone who spends more time occupying there residence. Primary faults to be considered are loud noise, to include air traffic, garbage stench, lighting, parking, tenant demographics, and lack of proposed or advertised quality of life.
