The office staff and maintenance are very friendly. Things are fix promptly. Most important to me is they offer 3,6, 9 month leases without a higher rental rate because it's not a 12 month lease. In other words, they work with ASU students. They make the lease signing uncomplicated and easy, typically don't need a parent co-signer. It's very close to campus and the ASU neighborhood flash bus is in the neighborhood.
You do get use to the overhead Airplanes and it's not bothersome. Very Pleased with this apt.
