Review Title:   Sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maintenance "man" is a filthy pig that harrassed me and threw away my anti-Bush campaign sign. This was the first day I moved in. It went downhill from that.

The roach infestation is so bad that despite keeping a clean house, weekly service calls, intermittent total fumigation of the building, gradually eliminating all food and kitchen items from my apartment whatsoever, the roaches are still winning.

None of the appliances or plumbing fixtures work properly. Complaints are not serviced in a timely manner, and when they are, it must be by incompetent morons that can't walk and chew gum at the same time. I've gone to just fixing it myself.

Smug and uncaring office staff obviously don't live there or care to notice the conditions around the complex.

Neighbors are 24/7 screaming, letting their 12 welfare kids run wild, throwing things off their balconies, playing thug ghetto rap music that shakes my china in the cabinet the bass is so loud, I come home frequently to police tape strung about the yard. My tires both on my bike and car have been slashed anonymously. I thought that since this complex is close to ASU, it would be a quiet place to pursue my graduate studies. Wrong! The residents are ignorant section 8 housing recipients that are oblivious to the needs of studying, working, and a respectable way of life. I have found drug paraphernalia and broken bottles constantly in the parking lot.

Although it is all utilities paid, the complex won't turn the heat/AC on until weeks after the climate dictates it. You suffer through several weeks of this a year.

My child who attended the local elementary school had to withdraw and go to a private school because the neighborhood school was so extremely out of touch with her needs as a gifted student. All they have at that school are retards who can't pass basic testing, it seems, and they teach to the lowest common denominator.

The laundry facilities suck too, they raised the prices to a buck per wash and a buck per dry, although the machines don't get your stuff clean or dry.

My mail gets stolen out of its locked box and no one seems to care.

The parking lot is flooded half the time, even when there has been no rain in months, and the pavement has more craters than the lunar surface. People don't know how to park and as there is no assigned parking, they take up two spaces at a time even with their ghetto, junked out cars. My nice car has gotten all scratched up by the maintenance people who have blown things on to it and by people just randomly sitting on it, placing objects on top of it, and dinging the doors.

There are people who pick the trash several times a day, quite competitively, to the extreme that one person was crushed to death inside the garbage truck when it came to empty the garbage dumpster. I feel like I can't throw anything away due to identity theft, even if it's shredded I have seen people taking the shreddings away (to piece them back together?)

Basically living here has ruined my life, forced my daughter away, ate up any money I had saved, and ruined my studies.

Don't EVER rent from here.
