Please do not move here if you have any standards at all. I was moving to AZ from out of state to attend ASU and needed a place, so I was a bit desperate. The leasing office lady was nice at first and showed me a pretty decent room. After moving in, I realized that they rented to drug dealers/users and take advantage of people who receive federal pensions for mental instability. (They say the do background checks, but I don't believe them!) One lady smeared her feces on the outside of the building repeatedly, ran around naked, and lived in such squalor that when they finally had to kick her out, everything in the room had to be gutted. Mold had begun growing in the carpets... Instead of getting her help, they kept taking her money. A sexual predator kept stealing women's underwear from the laundry room, a woman from Sierra Vista II was raped in her apartment, my partner's car was stolen, and when I asked about safety, I was patronized and brushed aside. Dealing with the office staff was INFURIATING!!! They are cruel, slum lords and I can not possibly paint you a more unsatisified picture of my experience. Take my word on this one, do not live here or you'll end up buying out your lease (which is also a huge ripoff) like I did just to get out of here asap!
