Don't ever rent an apartment from Sun River Village. I lived there for over 4 1/2 years and now that I just moved out, they are trying to make me pay $700 for mold damage that occured over the time that I lived there. Those apartments are 20 years old and need to be investigated by the State Health Department. My friend, who moved in at the same time I did, had to file for bankruptcy because of them. When she moved out after 8 months of living there, they told her that she underpaid $8 a month on her rent and therefore broke her lease. They billed her $7000 that she couldn't pay because she is a full-time student. The people in the management office at Sun River are crooks and they don't care about endangering their tenants health.
