Ever since I moved in to this place about 9 months ago, I've had problems non-stop. First and foremost, I'd asked the leasing office to have a maintenence man remove a bike lock from my patio from the previous tenant 1 month before I moved in. The place was vacant and I simply did not want it there. It looked trashy. 2 months after I'd moved in, the lock was still there, no maintenence man had showed up at all. Then my sink disposal broke and I was not provided with the appropriate screen for my front window. After 8 calls to the leasing office to check on the status of the maintenence request, I was told for the 8th time that the request had been put in repeatedly. I got the distinct feeling that I was being messed with. My studio began to smell due to the broken disposal. I couldn't open the window because there was no screen and I have cats that would run out. So there I waited for someone to fix one of the 3 things I had asked them to more than 3 months earlier. This place looks semi-nice from the exterior and the Coi pond in front of the office sold me. But when you really need something from them, everyone just smiles in your face while assuring you that something will be done immediately and nothing is done for weeks, even months! My neighbor had to climb up there and remove the dangling peice of metal so it didn't fall off and hit his car (because after being assured a few times that a maintenence man would take care of it, he got frustrated and did it himself). So much for service! The so-called
