We have lived there over 4 years and the rent has gone up every year . The gates never work , cops are in and out of there all the time. Maintenamce is a nightmare. The office staff always changes. They will NICKEL AND DIME YOU so they don't have to pay you your deposits back... We left the apt cleand but cuz i smoked in the apt they are charging me for that. The only reason i stayed there was cus i am on section 8 and a wheel chair.. I could go on but i would be here all day. MOVED OUT 1-3-07
