The place is really cheap and it is true when they say you get what you pay for. The first month I moved in my A/C and Fridge just died on me. It took them a month and half to fix it and that was because I contacted the City of Tempe and reported them. Not to mention that their has been several times when I get waken up because some druggie is bagging on my door trying to get in. I have called the cops a total of 5 times until the stupid druggies figured out that their supplier wasn't living there anymore. 4 months into my lease there was two MURDERS, MURDERS!!! GET IT TWO PEOPLE WERE KILLED!!! Something about the b/f finding his g/f with another guy. The scariest part was that I got home an hour before it all happened. Can you imagine if I would have gotten home an hour later and ran into the MURDERER??? Anyway, the dishwasher doesn't work and never has, everything is moldy and old. They are trying to redo pipes, and remodel things but everything is a piece of SH#@!! The parking lot is always full and the cops do stop you most of the time to tell you to be careful or if you look suspicious they will interrogate on who you are. Oh yeah, and just about a month ago at 3am there was a CAR CHASE thru the parking lot. Yeah, which means that puts your car in danger and not to mention if your coming home late from partying or whatever, you just might get runned over. So if you want a place that is cheap and where you might die in the next 3, 6, or 12 months, however long your lease is then by all means move there. Oh, and their employee's do not take responsibility for anything. Yeah, and before I forget if the maintenance people think it is not hot enough then they'll shut off all the A/C's. Unless you pay your own electricity. Which the whole point of moving there is because it has "utilities"included. So take your lease there at your own risk!!! DO NOT MOVE THERE IF YOU HAVE KIDS OR LIVE ALONE, I AM A GIRL THAT LIVES ALONE, IT IS THE SCARIEST PLACE TO LIVE. YOU WILL NOT FEEL SAFE. I AM NOT JOKING AND I AM NOT MAD BECAUSE OF THEIR SERVICE I AM JUST WORRIED FOR MY SAFETY EVERYTIME I AM "HOME."
