Avoid this complex at all costs. I moved in seven months ago and the problems I reported on the first walk-through have yet to be dealt with. They are so far behind on repairs the apartment literally presents a health hazard. Our toilet has REPEATEDLY backed up into our apartment due to a problem in the pipes in our building. Our sink is now broken as well and backs up daily. The staff is rude, incompetent, and useless. They serve only to defer complaints from management - who is by far the worst. The crime rate is outrageous especially by comparsion to the surrounding neighborhood which is considerably safer. The lights around the grounds are broken out nightly. Violence and drug problems are openly displayed without fear of repercussions. Cars are not safe in the parking lot. Even the laundry room is subject to theft and any clothes left unattended are at high risk for loss. I fully intend on contacting the health department to report the gross violations that take place here. Avoid it at all costs.
