The Villages on Mill is basically a third-world housing project. It is unsafe, loud, has incredible amounts of noisy children running around, and the place itself is completely rundown. It is by far the worst place I've ever lived, and to top everything off, the management officials here are incompetent and extremely inept at their jobs. They basically don't take care of anything. The place is falling apart. I equate the Villages on Mill with the ghetto. There are cars constantly being worked on in the parking lot, which is unsightly. The place is in terrible need of a paint job, the sidewalks are cracked and falling apart, and the apartment units themselves are old and rundown. The tenants, meanwhile, are mainly huge families stuffed into these apartment units. The place is incredibly noisy, with kids often heard running and screaming around the complex.
