He does nothing! He is a methhead who pesters you when he is high and does nothing for you otherwise; he is constantly in rehab.
My apartment was rotting from the A/C leak for years and he did nothing except send over one of his minimum-wage employees. Finally, the bathroom started crumbling, literally. The molding blackened the walls and the walls started peeling. He finally noticed when I said I was moving. Then, and only then, did he fix anything. Who knows what he fixed?
He only started taking care of the yard after he received a 12k grant from the city of Tempe.
Connelly is also obssessive/compulsive. He decides, in one of his methhead moments, that he does not like the plants or chairs on your porch, then he forgets about it.
I am sure that he will OD sometime soon. It is amazing that he has a rental and A/C company and still survives. I guess anyone can run companies...
