I have lived here for two years and the experience has been so-so. Problems include things always breaking off or falling apart, frequent water outages, maintenance rude and never on time, and thin walls. I have also had clothes stolen out of the washer and dryer. An acquaintance's car was broken into and his radio was stolen. I have never seen a security guard. It took them four days to fix a leaking pipe. Aside from the negatives, some positives are well-maintained grounds, the pool is kept clean, and the parking is always good. The noise level is moderate; not too loud.
