Apartment Review for Brenda Arms Apartments

Wow!! I can't believe some of the things people can say.... I just happen to be surfing the internet and came across this site. I LOVE living here! I have been here for 8 years and think the owner is awesome. He is always around making sure everything is perfect. He really takes pride in this property. If someone doesn't look familiar to him he will question them. He is protective of the complex and wants to make sure everything is right. I feel very safe here and would not go anywhere else. If something is broken, he fixes it immediately unlike some other apts where they tell you they need to get somebody in and it takes days!! He is on top of it immediately. Whoever complains about this place are probably people who move around every year because they either get evicted or can't pay their rent. The apts are very nice and are probably one of the cheapest places in this great area. I have even recommended Brenda Arms to some friends and they moved here too!! And they enjoy it very much also!! One word - EXCELLENT
