Apartment Review for Foxtree

if you are considering this place, you really should consider elsewhere. when i moved in fall of 2007, i was charged more for rent than initally shown because i was in a "refurbished" apartment, which i was not given the option of having one or not. then, they proceeded to refurbish every apartment around mine for the next few months. i was awoken every morning at ungodly hours to loud machinery. the lack of grace period for paying rent is ridiculous. the excercise room is retarded and they fought us to credit back the two hundred dollar deposit we paid for the key, even though they told us we could get the credit at any time. my car was broken into repeatedly. when they began constructing the carports, one of the workers climbed on top and watched me sleeping through the window. when my roomate complained, they offered to comp our rent and never did. also, they put up some stupid spike things in the parking lot but didn't bother to mark it off with yellow tape to make it visible, resulting in a punctured hole in my tire. you will never want to use the swimming pool as an attractive female, you will feel molested. and the complaints i've read about the staff are pretty well justified. living in those apartments feels like living in prison. trust me, i pay way less for rent in a nicer area. i have a bigger apartment and none of the ridiculous fees they charge.
