Apartment Review for Lakefront At West Bay

I lived in this complex for over a year. During this time I realized the management did a quick overhaul to a run down building. Over the past year many of the "upgrades" have fallen apart due to shoddy craftsmenship. My dishwasher leaked all over the floor the first time I used it, they then replaced it with a different one which the rack was falling apart with rust. My air conditioner did not work through out almost the entire summer. I was told by the AC guy that the management knew the units had to be replaced but would rather try to fix them. It took over three months for my apartment to get a new unit, and cool under 80 degrees. Even with all of these issues in which we dealt with management quite frequently, the staff changed so much that noone had any idea of what was going on. The management was so ewager to fill the voids that they lowered the criteria and the place has been sliding downhill. Thank God I was able to buy a house at the end of my lease. <P>
