Worst Year Of My Life

this apartment complex is by far the worst i have lived in, and ive lived in alot of apartments. i dont even know where to begin! the office staff is unbelievably rude and callous, they have no idea what is going on most of the time. the maintenance crew is pretty much useless when it comes to basic fixes in the apartment. i came home one night to a flooded apartment because the plumbing is horrible, so i called the emergency number. he got there around midnight and he asked if he could come back in the morning because he had been drinking! i was shocked to say the least. when i had a breaker go out, i came home to the front door unlocked and all my stuff stored in the patio closet thrown onto the patio and the sliding glass door wide open. i went most of the summer 2006 with no AC, and no adjustment on my rent because i couldnt stand to be in my sweltering apartment.

the final straw was when i ordered a pair of $300 giorgio armani sunglasses that were delivered to the office because i was at work, well they mysteriously vanished. i never got them because they were "misplaced" and with absolutely no compensation at all, so im out $300.

please, i beg you, dont rent from these outrageously overpriced apartments. you will regret it. im so glad i was able to buy my house and escape that hellhole with my sanity
