THIS PLACE REALLY SUCKS!! YOUR WATER IS CUT OFF W/O NOTICE,YOUR CAR IS MESSED WITH CONSTANTLY, AND THE STAFF CAN CARE LESS. JUST THE OTHER DAY MY CAR PLATES WERE STOLEN AND FOLLOWING THE WINDOWS WERE BROKEN AND MY BABY'S CARSEAT STOLEN. DRUG DEALERS AND HOODLUMS ALL AROUND HERE. I'M TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET OUT OF MY LEASE B/C OF MY CHILDS SAFETY. PEOPLE WERE SHOT RIGHT ON THIS COMPLEX ITS HORRIBLE AND I DON'T FEEL SAFE AT ALL!!!!

management needs improvement Maintenance pretty good They address an issue right away apartment invested with bugs bad lighting cheap fixures that doesn't last long The only thing decent about the complex is the outside atmosphere <P>

When my fiance and I first moved here everything was fantastic. The management team was wonderful and friendly and the landscape was to die for. The apartments are somewhat cheaply made. Forget trying to find a stud in the walls to hang anything heavy! There are barely any! Florecsent lighting in closets and hallways sometimes take about 45 seconds to turn on! The vaulted ceilings are nice and give the apartment a spacious feel. Bugs love moving in with you and you have to battle to keep your aquarium clean of parasites at times. Parents allow their kids to run freely, raise ****, scream at the tops of their lungs, steal and destroy property. Visitors of Tenants love to steal your reserved parking and geuss what, you can't do anything about it!!!!
Believe me I have tried!!!!
Domestic violence is almost an everyday thing here with families and couples! The complex won't kick these people out like they are supposed to!
The circuit breakers like to cut off in the master bedroom when ever someone in the oposite bathroom uses something over 15 watts!
The fire alarms like to go off in the summer during high humidity!
The landscapers tend to slack off for days at a time!
The maintenance crew is awsome. You never have to wait more than a day for them to fix something.
Hey, anything beats Desert Palm Village Apartments where we previously lived.
