Review for Paxton On Rural Apartments

The management changes every 4-6 months or so. They do not abide by the regulations or agreements set up by previous management, so the tenant constantly has to adjust to new management whims. Apartment complex advertises a gym, but have had it closed with no idea of when it will open for the last 6 months. The laundry room is disgusting and always a mess. Had leak in my ceiling (when it rained) for over 5 months before they fixed it correctly. And when we had major rains we found out that some of the new patio walls on the first floor were built without an overflow hole. People had to bail the water out of their kitchen with buckets. Management saved a buck and the tenants were punished.
