REVIEW OF THE PARK IN TEMPE ARIZONA

I lived in “The Park” apartments in Tempe Arizona for a year and moved out at the end of April 08. The management had changed while I was living there. The new apartment manager is a serious problem for the apartment tenants.

I had several interactions with the new apartment manager, a black woman in her 50’s. My experience with her was terrible. She will not only be rude, she goes out of her way to make problems and excuses to not resolve your problems. She will then lie to your face and make excuses for her unprofessional behavior.

After living at “The Park” for a year I had to move out because I became unemployed. I moved in with friends who asked me to not give out their personal address as my address or have my mail sent there.

The Park’s manager refused to release my deposit refund until I provided an address. I made arrangements and traveled to the apartments three times with the promise that I would get the check at the apartment complex. Yet, the extremely argumentative manager told me there was no way she could help and that I was at a stalemate until I provided them my new address. This after traveling to the apartment complex 3 times to retrieve the promised check.

She refused to refund my money and made every excuse to prevent a solution to the matter. She then lied to my face about my apartment being rented so the check couldn’t be sent to my address for the previous year. Then she just lied again when I caught her in her blatant lies.

If you want to make trouble for yourself move into “The Park” because even if you don’t have trouble the manager will make trouble for you even if there isn’t any. Move to the Park and make management aggravation a regular routine.

Having lived there for a year and having to deal with this argumentative apartment manager made my experience a very bad experience. I recommend you find someplace else to live unless you like aggravation and trouble on a regular basis from the management.

The manager is an aggressive, argumentative, troublemaking, black, witch, bitch.
