Apartment Reviews for Quadrangles Apartments - Tempe

Mailed rent on the 31st. Office was closed 1st and 2nd on the third after they received the rent they charged me 86.00 in late fees. On the third they also sent it to collections.

We have been living here for a while now, but management care a ****. I would recommend someone to think twice before you move here.
Plus, most of the appartments have bugs & roaches, and the office will hold you responsible for that plus hefty moving out charges you have to pay.

Quads are a fun place to live, you can really make it what you want. There is a huge college population here with families scattered through out. <P>
Grounds are very well kept and neat all year round. <P>
Walls are alittle bit thin, but expect to be treated the same as you treat your neighbor, if you like to be noisy, dont get ****** when they are noisy back, if they are noisy alot, completely exceeding acceptable, do something, go over and tell em to take it down a notch, if worse comes o worse call the cops. most tenant are respectful of that <P>
Parties are awesome on the weekends, usually thurs fri and sat are party nights, early week there really isnt much going on. <P>
Apartments themselves, good condition, maintainence does the best they can and have to take care of alot of apartments. <P>
Parking, there is alot, just dont park your car in a secluded spot, phoenix has the highest car theft rate in the U.S. and yes we are next to phoenix, you arent invincible. <P>
if you keep your room clean, there usually arent any pest or mold probs,they offer a free pest service, so its best to do it if you see anything, its like owning a home, be a big boy or girl and take care of it, buildings arent impervious to bugs, no matter how highclass. <P>
Security is good, they do their rounds at night to try and keep crime out, when there is trouble they are there. <P>
Cops do show up occassionally, but they are taking care of issues that need to be delt with, who hit who is between them, once again, nothing is perfect, **** happens everywhere. <P>

i saw alot of negative reviews here, and well to me, it seemed that alot of you were either messy and had mold, dirty and didnt call the exterminator, impatient cause of lack of understanding for everyone besides you, and way to lazy to do anything for yourself. good luck finding the perfect life <P>

Yeah at times we've had some loud music going on till 3 in the morning, but we reported it and our neighbors were sent a note and it never happened again. The only bad thing was you could hear almost anyones conversation from the third floor through the windows. Other than that, I lived in the south end of the apartment and it was pretty clean there and the people were nice. <P>

I didn't think before moving here that all the drunk college kids would bother me (seeing as I'm near college age).

However, good luck ever falling asleep before 2am. They boast covered parking for tenants only, however I can never get a damned covered parking spot. Management is good for the most part but only fix the larger things and don't care about things like broken fixtures (of which my apartment has plenty).

Overall, a decent place, but I need something quieter and nicer.
