Our Review for South Bank Apartments
South Bank Apartments are situated within minutes of ASU, so students and faculty should have a short commute to campus. Getting anywhere in Tempe should not be too difficult with I-10, the 143, and the 202 close by, not to mention several bus stops placed right outside the complex. Artsy renters can take advantage of the Tempe Center for the Arts across the street, while nature lovers will enjoy Tempe Beach Park or Jaycee Park nearby. South Bank Apartments have received rave reviews from its tenants; maintenance is friendly and knowledgeable, the landlady is welcoming and helpful, plus the grounds and units are clean. One reviewer noted the proximity to ASU caused some noise, but was not bothered and said bugs were never an issue.

A Nice Place to Live

I lived here from 2000 to 2001. The managers, who live there also, were super nice and always helpful. I never had any problems with neighbors, and had a very positive experince there. Note: these apartments are under the flight path of many aircraft and is close to ASU which you can hear the game rumblings from inside. But I do recall the buliding being rather well-insulated from the sound and it was easy for me to tune it out.
