South Bank Apartments have received rave reviews from its tenants; maintenance is friendly and knowledgeable, the landlady is welcoming and helpful, plus the grounds and units are clean. One reviewer noted the proximity to ASU caused some noise, but was not bothered and said bugs were never an issue.
