Apartment Reviews for Tempe Groves - Tempe

I've been living here for about a year and getting ready to move out. The office changed management 3 times since I moved here and the new management has been very helpful and adentive. The parking is very weird unlike most apartments. Cover parking isn't enough so they charge 50 a month and 75 for a garage and of course uncover parking is free but you have to walk a quarter mile to get to it in the back area. <P>
This complex is very clean and alots of pets, very green , new paint and has good maintance. Prices have gone up alot since new management but I would rather say this place is one of the best. <P>

I live in the largest available apt here and I love it. We get a better deal than a friend who lives in the 2 bedroom apt. The only major concern is parking. Sometimes parking in the back is a real hassle. The management is ok. They aren't always super friendly but they keep things running.
