First, they'll suck you in with the promise of a 'fun' place to live in your college years. I've been living here for 2 years and I am so glad I'm not resigning my lease and here's why.
They've hired workers to basically drive around in golf carts to monitor activity.
Forget about privacy, just throw that thought out the window. I have had an employee enter my apartment at 3 AM to basically lay claim to the vacant room. She basically thought because she had a key, she could just waltz in and try to be roommates with me.
Also, you'll have maintenance barge in your apartment at any given chance and without at least a two day's notice like they're require to do by law.
The lackeys they've hired are spineless lapdogs to management. Trying to get an answer out of them is like pulling teeth.
The management is a poor excuse for being landlords. They tried to tell me I owed a $306 late fee on a electricity bill that never existed. On top of that, they threatened to kick me out if I didn't pay the bogus charge. Oh yeah, this happened the day before the Spring Semester started. Classy.
They're even going to charge people 25.00 a month to park under covered parking. Ontop of a $175 increase in rent.
Heed this review and don't make the mistake of getting your wallet, sanity, and well-being sucked into oblivion by these poor excuses for human beings.
