Gateway at Tempe is owned and professionally managed by an experienced, national student housing organization. It's disappointing that residents who are under eviction for non-payment (6/10/10 post as an example) use forums like these to try and discredit the staff, and broadcast derogatory and slanderous comments about a management team attempting to do their best for the benefit of all of the residents. The management team is available 7-days/week to address resident concerns, prospects needs, and to maintain the community for the benefit of ALL of the residents. Please consider the credibility and motives of anonymous posts. These posts are, in most cases, from residents under eviction for nonpayment of rent and/or repeated community violations and disrupting their neighbors rights of peaceful enjoyment.
