Apartment Review for University Apartments

This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. We have gone through 3 landlords just this year. There is a mold problem that all of the landlords so far have refused to do anything about, and they are trying to move people in as soon as possible, which shows me that they have no intention of fixing the units before new tenants move in. They are small, infested with cockroaches, and way overpriced. Parking is impossible, because most of the other tenants feel that the spots are all up for grabs, even though each unit is supposed to get one. If you don't want to breathe in mold for the next year, I would suggest not living here.
