Surrounded by a cluster of mountain ranges with hiking and bike trails galore, this apartment building is perfect for tenants with a love of the outdoors. Tenants can also get some quick shopping done at the Bear Canyon Shopping Center or the nearby Safeway. Recent reviews say tenants enjoy the views of the mountains and proximity to Mt. Lemmon, in addition to the well-kept and updated units. Mission Creek Apartments sit off West Ajo Highway and near I-19, just 3 miles south of the heart of downtown Tucson. Residents looking for shopping in their neck of the woods can check out the Santa Cruz Plaza and Park View Plaza less than a mile away. For sports fans, big concert and sports venues nearby include Tucson Electric Park and Maracana Indoor Sports arena. Westview Apartments is located at the bottom of the Catalina Foothills, right off 77 and I-10. Convenient and extensive shopping can be found at the Tucson Mall, a little over a mile away. Several restaurants, including KFC, Yin Yang Express, Ghandi Cuisine of India, and Luke’s Italian Beef, surround the apartment complex and are within walking distance. Residents attending Carrington College have a fast commute, just a few blocks down North Oracle Road. The premises is also just down the road from Catalina State Park and Santa Catalina Natural Area, for tenants who wish to explore the outdoors. Many reviews for La Reserve have been favorable. Catalina Crossing Apartments is located near West Tangerine Road. Universities such as Pima Community College, University of Phoenix-River Road, and University of Arizona Social Behavioral Sciences College are all a convenient distance for staff and students. In addition, there are a variety of local cuisine is available at restaurants such as White Dove Grille, Uno Chicago Grill, and Jerry Bob Family Restaurant. Springhill Apartments is located on East Lakeside Parkway, near Pantano and Golf Links Roads. The complex is not far from a CVS with a Redbox, Sonic Drive-In, Nico’s Mexican, and a US Post Office. Springhill is also convenient to Chuck Ford Park, with its beautiful Lakeside Lake. The premises is also quite near Davis AFB, for those with ties to the military. Tenant reviews of Springhill have raised maintenance and safety concerns with management, in addition to some noise complaints. Maguire Hill Apartments lie on North Maguire Avenue in the eastern portion of the city of Tucson. Sandpiper Apartments are situated on East Glenn Street, near the intersection with North Tucson Boulevard. Residents are within walking distance of the Campbell Plaza Shopping Center, where one can enjoy: Nico’s Mexican, Pizza Hut, Tapas Fusion World Food and Bar, Old Chicago, Yuki’s Sushi and Japanese, Brushfire BBQ, India Dukaan, and much much more. The complex is also conveniently close to the University of Arizona campus. Sandpiper comes highly recommended. Besides the abundance of art galleries and multiple parks, several restaurants, such as the El Rio Bakery, Buffet Partners, and Anita Street Market. Trini Alvarez-El Rio Golf Course and Silver Bell Golf Course are nearby for any golf enthusiasts. In previous reviews Westcourt Village is praised for the management and positive atmosphere.
