Review for Deerfield Village On Ft. Lowell Apartments

My experience at Deerfield was very negative. The management is incompetenant and uncaring, and Rhonda is especially a piece of work. She seems nice at first, but don't let her fool you! No one calls you when you receive a package, and I've had packages that have gotten lost in the office for several days. When you complain to the office about this, they just act annoyed and put out by your presence.

We had a second story apartment and one of the wooden beams on our porch was rotting through due to bad drainage from the roof, it was very unstabe, easy to trip on and downright dangerous-- and it took maintenance 2 months to fix it-- they finally did the week before we left.

The clincher on the whole thing was the fees we were charged when we moved out. We left our apartment in VERY good condition, a 9/10, we even had the carpets professionally cleaned. But because it wasn't *perfectly* clean, we were charged $225! It was explained to us that there were no "degrees of cleanness" and that as long as something wasn't perfectly spic and span, it was marked "dirty" and we were charged. A complete load of crap-- Deerfield is out to rip you off!

Find someplace where the management actually communicates with you and cares about your needs, NOT Deerfield apartments on Ft. Lowell.
