this complex may look nice from the outside, but rising crime and irresponsible management makes for an uncomfortable living. the walls are barely insualted, but the maintanence is great! My latest experience has been between an obnoxious neighbor and apparant need for change in Management and i am assuming the DM as well! Upon complaining to the office about a troubly neighbor she requests that I not only document my experiences, but file a police report and to provide to her asap. Already uncomfortable and usure of the neighbors intentions, Rebecca, the Manager informs me that they are doing everything possible to evict this tenant and she goes on to say throughout further conversation that there is an "unauthorized" tenant staying there and he is dangerous. how would you take that? While filing the police report Rebecca fails to provide the officer with the same information she gave me. At this point Rebecca suppossedly spoke to the DM and now her story has changed! I spoke to her to provide her with the police report and she became very deffensive, they were not suppossed to call her and apparantly now she never said anything to me, bolognia. after talking to her DM she was probably read the riot act and now, putting all considerate safety and security aside, she expresses very arguemently that the complex has no responsibility for our well beings. Do you want to live here? lots of crime, no security camera's and pretty much nothing done when you do call, even the police can only do so much. seems like everybodies hands are tied and they have resonible concerns-enough to initally warn me, but now tail between the legs do not want to admit to anything in fear of losing a "valued" tenant. From me to the office, thanks for the sincerity and divine approach to your tenants. I am a professional and regardless sometimes you need to rely on human instict and qualities these people only go so far to have. my advice, drive by and check out the place several times before you decide to sign a lease. OH yeah, the second to the last manager is in Prison for Money Laundering, oh, i guess i am not suppossed to know that either.
