Review for Hi Lands Apartments

I lived in the Hi Lands Apartment for three years. The previous management was nice and friendly. They were also prompt on repairs and had good sense of security. In 2001, the management company has been changed to Northland Investments and everything has turn around. The cars were stolen or broken into, the cable junction box was vandalized, repairs took days.
