Review for Kimberly Woods Apartments

Kimberly Woods has to be the most ineffectual Apartment I've ever lived in. They are slow about fixing things, and then when it is worked on, they do a shoddy job of it. They painted over the black mold in my neighbor's apartment and put in the toilet sloppily. They let sulfur build up in our hot water tank. They don't keep the property clean, and don't care to help their residents at all. Residents are encouraged to have each other towed or to snitch on each other. They let a violent druggie who was threatening his downstairs neighbor live in his apartment for months on end, and never responded to said neighbor's requests for more locks to feel safer. Do not come here.
