Review for Kimberly Woods Apartments

My two roommates and I had a terrible experience here. Everything from drug traffic happening next door to police stake outs outside and my roommate's car getting broken into and having her stereo stolen. The management is rude, definitely not friendly and are not doing background checks. The apartment itself is nice but the safety is terrible. I definitely dont recommend any single or young females to live there. If you are not a smoker than too bad for you because your apartment will reek of smoke. However, maintenance was helpful and we never overpayed on rent.
