Review for Villas At Hacienda Del Sol Apartments

The stink is from the sewer gas that comes up from under the ground. Unbelieveable in the summer. The realtors in the office are as bad as used car salesmen. They lie to the buyers and treat the renters like crap. The upgraded condos look good but they did sit in the elements for 2 years when the old owner went bankrupt. The construction is crap and the realtors lie about it. I cant wait for a class action lawsuit. The realtors know the truth but dont disclose it and they bad mouth every other condo in town as aprtment conversions...hello this was an apartment complex. I moved in about 6 months after they opened and what a difference from then until now. No party's for us, no breakfast, none of the services I moved in for. No sense of community anymore.The old people are gone and the new tenants are T R A S H Y !!!! Oh and I can pay$1100 form my SAME apartment that Ive been paying $895 for if I want to stay and rent it from the buyer of the so called condo. $200 more for the same place with less service. No Thanks.....
