Review for Le Mirage Apartments

I rented a 2 BR unit for 6 months; rent was very reasonable. They put in new carpet prior to my move-in. However, the vinyl tile and baths were not cleaned well. The appliances were reasonably old (>10yrs) and prone to problems; unit came with fridge and washer/dryer but no microwave. A/C worked fine. Loved the gas water heater.

They had a sewer problem where once in a while the clean-out plug near the playground would overflow and raw sewage pooled up to create a small pond for days (yuk).

My experience with neighbors was not good to say the least. Drug busts were common. The rent-a-cop service was more of a nussance than a benefit in my opinion.

Covered parking for one car is nice, but I usually had to park the second car almost 1/4 mile from my apartment (when I could find a spot at all).

Would not recommend.
