Review for Los Portales Apartments

I have lived at Los Portales a number of years now and this is the worst year of my renting experience. The owner of the complex is not putting any money back in to the complex. The occupancy rate is high but where is the money going. There is one house keeper, one maintaince man for over 400 apartments. The laundry rooms are dirty. The grass is brown. The dumpsters are full most of the time or have peoples unwanted furniture laying outside of them. Maintainance is slow to show and does a half assed job when its complete and needs to be redone. Crime in the area has gone up.
