Review for Los Portales Apartments

I heard there are no dishwashers in studios. With a new water bill increase, its not fair. Management doesnt know or care about residents and won't give you property management name to complain. Any other company is suppose to give you their boss' contact number. They must be really ashamed of the job they are doing or trying to hide something.
