The manager will never talk to you face to face and if you get quoted one price and they raise it the customer is never right. Neighbors leave their garbage bags by their door like someone is going to take it out for you. For the 4 hours the landscape company spends there blowing out the parking lot it still looks bad. half of the lighting outside of doors doesnt work. the security guy walks around with his maroon shirt and clipboard but does nothing. i asked to have my ac fixed because the vents were not working in one bedroom and the living room. they didnt even take off the vent plates they came in wrote a/c is new on the slip and left. I had asked them to replace the broken shower knob....they replaced it all right....with the broken one TWICE. to try and get me to stay they raided a vending machine for candy and a bag of pretzels and then informed me if i stay it would be at the cheapest 60 bucks more a month. The person living next dorr stomps his feet so hard when he walks that pictures have fallen off our wall and the people below me bang on their ceiling thinking it is us. dont pay the 20 or 30 bucks a month for a covered parking spot because if someone is parked in yours they wont even tow it. the towing signs are just there to scare people. dont even try to open your fridge and dishwasher at the same time its physically impossible.+
