Review for Oasis Apartments

For three weeks was a very quiet nice place to live. Then owner changed in two weeks and now rents to anyone. (ie, 2 and 3 kids in 1 bd apart, police have been here twice in last 2 weeks for violent disturbances, and told of drugs being used.) There is no regular maintenance man on property and the ONLY security that have (gated buildings) is useless because 75% of residents leave open WITH NO ENFORCEMENT. Not to mention absolutely no lighting in the parking area. And FOUR washers and dryers for a 70 unit complex!
